Originally established in 1979 as D.S. Developments, we have earned our reputation as the UK's leading manufacturer of high quality waterproof enclosures for marine radios and, in more recent years, of fully integrated waterproof communication systems for fast response and rescue craft, all marketed under the Neptune brand.

The leisure market has not been forgotten, however, and the Advantage range offers a lightweight, economy alternative, still with the reliability and waterproofing our customers have come to expect. 

All Neptune and Advantage products are designed in our own factory and are engineered to a high standard.  Equipment is water tested to British Standard I.P.67 or I.P.68.

We control all our products from the initial idea to the finished item and can offer a unique service, which tailors equipment to exactly suit each customer's requirements.

Our move to larger premises in March, 2000, allowed us to expand our range of services to include boat installation and repairs and custom GRP mouldings, from small items to complete consoles.

In 2005, reflecting the awareness of the Neptune brand, the company was re-named DS-Neptune Developments Ltd.
